666xp Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "666xp", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 666xp platform accessible at 666xp.org, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and any entity acting on its behalf in connection with the delivery of the Platform.
• "Platform" means the 666xp website (666xp.org), mobile-optimised interface, all games, betting products, promotional systems, payment interfaces, customer support services, and any other product or service made available to Users through 666xp.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 666xp Platform in any capacity, including for purposes of browsing, betting, playing casino games, depositing funds, or claiming promotions.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created on the 666xp Platform, which holds the User's personal information, balance, betting history, bonus status, and account preferences.
• "Funds" or "Balance" means any monetary amount deposited into a User's Account through an approved payment method, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, or USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback credits, or other non-cash incentives awarded to a User's Account subject to wagering requirements and other bonus-specific terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by 666xp as required under its international gaming licence obligations.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trade marks, trade names, logos, software, content, game assets, design elements, databases, and documentation owned or licensed by 666xp.

Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision. Any reference to a statute or regulation includes all amendments and re-enactments of that statute or regulation.

2.1 Age Requirement

666xp employs automated age verification checks at the point of registration and may require documentary proof of age — including but not limited to a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification — before an Account is fully activated or before any withdrawal is processed. Provision of false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 666xp Platform is made available to eligible users including those accessing from Pakistan. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 666xp Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 666xp makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available in all jurisdictions. Users who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal liability.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To register a 666xp Account, you must:

• Be a natural person (corporate entities may not register personal gaming accounts).
• Be at least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• Provide a valid Pakistani mobile number that you own and control.
• Provide a valid email address.
• Create a secure password meeting 666xp's minimum complexity requirements.
• Complete all required KYC verification steps as requested by 666xp before the first withdrawal.
• Not already hold an active or previously terminated 666xp Account.

2.4 One Account Per Person

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to notify 666xp immediately of any material change to your registration information by contacting [email protected].

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 666xp Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 666xp will never ask you for your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any social media platform. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported to 666xp immediately.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or agents acting on your behalf.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your 666xp Account in any manner.
• You must log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• You must immediately notify 666xp at [email protected] if you become aware or suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation.
• You accept full liability for all activity that occurs on your Account prior to 666xp being notified of any unauthorised access in accordance with the procedure above.

666xp operates a 30-minute idle session timeout policy. Accounts will be automatically logged out after 30 consecutive minutes of inactivity. Accounts are locked for a period of 30 minutes following five consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure against brute-force attacks.

666xp accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash mobile wallet, EasyPaisa mobile wallet, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. 666xp reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.1 Deposit Processing

• All deposits are credited to the User's Account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, except for USDT deposits which are converted at the rate determined by 666xp's treasury system at the time of crediting.
• Minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 across all accepted payment methods unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise.
• 666xp charges no transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may charge fees independently of 666xp.
• Deposits are typically credited within seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and within 15 minutes for bank transfers under normal operating conditions. Delays attributable to payment provider network issues are beyond the control of 666xp.
• All deposited funds must be used for legitimate gaming activity. Deposits made solely for the purpose of transferring funds without gaming activity may be considered money laundering and will be reported to relevant authorities.

4.2 Accepted Currencies

The primary operating currency of the 666xp Platform is Pakistani Rupee (PKR). USDT TRC20 deposits are accepted as an alternative and are converted to PKR equivalent upon crediting. 666xp does not support USD, EUR, or other fiat currencies for deposit or withdrawal.

Withdrawals from a 666xp Account are subject to the following terms and conditions. 666xp is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawal requests in a timely manner consistent with its licence obligations.

5.1 KYC Verification Requirement

• Standard Account holders: Withdrawals processed within 24 hours of request submission.
• Silver VIP Account holders: Priority processing, typically within 12 hours.
• Gold VIP Account holders: Same-day processing.
• Platinum VIP Account holders: Instant processing available 24/7.
• Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) withdrawals: Subject to standard blockchain confirmation times, typically 15–30 minutes after 666xp initiates the transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Method Policy

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 666xp reserves the right to require withdrawal via a specific method for fraud prevention or money laundering compliance purposes. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum single withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier and are communicated within the Account cashier section.

5.4 Withdrawal Refusal Rights

666xp reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; (c) the Account is under investigation; (d) the withdrawal request does not comply with these Terms; or (e) applicable law or regulatory obligation requires 666xp to withhold payment pending investigation.

666xp offers various promotional incentives to registered Users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotional offers are governed by these General Terms and by any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times in eligible games).
• Unless specifically stated otherwise, slots and crash games contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate — refer to specific promotion terms for applicable contribution rates.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with Bonus Funds active. The standard maximum bet per spin or hand when Bonus Funds are active is PKR 500 unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Only one bonus may be active in a User's Account at any given time unless explicitly permitted by promotion terms.
• 666xp reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled before a User has completed wagering requirements, 666xp will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Users.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

666xp actively monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets on opposite outcomes to guarantee low-risk wagering requirement completion; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; exploiting errors or miscalculations in promotional terms; or any coordinated activity designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine gaming intent. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus funds and associated winnings voided and may be permanently closed.

All bets placed on the 666xp Platform are subject to these General Terms and to the specific rules applicable to the game or sporting event in question. By placing a bet or playing a game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

7.1 Sportsbook — General Rules

• All sports betting odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the point of bet confirmation are the odds that apply.
• Minimum stake per bet is PKR 50. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and account tier and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Bets on cricket markets including PSL, Pakistan national team fixtures, and international ICC tournaments are settled according to official match results as confirmed by the relevant cricket governing body.
• In the event of a match abandonment, voiding, or postponement, 666xp's cricket settlement rules shall apply as published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.
• 666xp reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly published in error, including instances of technical malfunction or data feed error.

7.2 Casino & Live Dealer Games

• All casino games offered on the 666xp Platform operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently tested by accredited third-party laboratories.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, 666xp's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of any unsettled bets.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published within the game information panel accessible in the casino lobby.
• Malfunction voids all pays and plays. In the event of a technical error affecting game outcome, 666xp will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with its licence conditions. All final decisions are subject to review by 666xp's compliance team.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 666xp Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and where appropriate, notification to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Registration or use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age, or the facilitation of such access by adults on behalf of minors.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to give an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit side-bet structures, or coordinate sports betting positions for guaranteed profit.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, game glitches, or miscalculated odds for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any 666xp employee, support agent, or other User.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or obtain the source code of any 666xp software or game.
• Using third-party payment methods that are not registered in the Account holder's own name to deposit or withdraw funds.

666xp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion with or without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Discovery that the User is under 21 years of age or has provided false age information.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Discovery that the User holds or has held multiple Accounts on the Platform.
• Discovery of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or financial institution.
• User request — any User may request Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected].

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, any real-money Balance may be forfeited at 666xp's discretion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited in all cases of breach. Where Account closure is initiated by the User for any reason other than breach, 666xp will process a withdrawal of the real-money Balance subject to completion of outstanding KYC verification requirements.

666xp's responsible gaming tools include: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time duration limits and notifications; loss limits; cool-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks); and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible within the Account Settings panel and take effect immediately upon activation. Self-exclusion and cool-off periods cannot be reversed before their expiry.

666xp will not send promotional communications to Users who have activated self-exclusion. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 666xp, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the 666xp Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and whether or not 666xp had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• 666xp does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability.
• 666xp is not liable for any loss arising from delays in deposit processing or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• 666xp is not liable for any loss of winnings, profits, or data arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond 666xp's reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit 666xp's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The 666xp Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 666xp disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

All intellectual property rights in and to the 666xp Platform — including but not limited to the website design, game content, software, graphics, logos, trade marks, text, databases, and all associated documentation — are the exclusive property of 666xp or its licensed third-party game providers and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 666xp Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to: reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 666xp content; modify or create derivative works based on any 666xp content; use any 666xp trade marks without prior written consent; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform; or frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of 666xp Intellectual Property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action. Reports of intellectual property infringement may be directed to [email protected].

13.1 Amendments to These Terms

666xp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the 666xp Platform not less than seven (7) days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory instruction, or security necessity.

Your continued use of the 666xp Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately close your Account and cease using the Platform. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at 666xp.org/terms-conditions and is marked with its effective date and version number.

13.2 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which 666xp holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the 666xp customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals of the governing jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute process, Users are required to submit a formal complaint to 666xp at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. 666xp commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 business days.

13.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with the nearest valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

13.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy accessible at 666xp.org/privacy-policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 666xp with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
